West Chester Assault Sends Victim Through Glass Door: Police

Police detectives in West Chester are investigating a violent assault.

Authorities were called to the 50 block of West Gay Street on Saturday, Feb. 10 for a reported fight, a police spokesman said. 

They arrived to find a man who was punched in the face and fell through the glass door of a nearby business, the department said. He was treated for lacerations. 

The suspects are described as a white man in a white shirt with a mustache and a man in a red jacket. They were last seen running west on Gay Street toward North Church Street, officials said.
